When you purchase products from The ClipLink or complete an offer form, we automatically place you on our list to receive email regarding updates about special offers, new products and new services. All ClipLink items are priced in United States Dollars (USD). The ClipLink accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards. The ClipLink also accepts prepaid orders with personal checks and money orders drawn on a USA bank and payable in U.S. currency. The ClipLink reserves the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in order cancellation.

• Sales Tax Information

It is the policy of The ClipLink to charge applicable sales tax to all items delivered to Ohio addresses. The ClipLink is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States.

• Order Acceptance

The receipt of an e-mail confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. The ClipLink reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item. In order to protect the interests of our customers all orders placed for over $5,000 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Commercial Credit Department. • Shipping Address Information

The ClipLink cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing apartment or suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact us at sales @thecliplink.com  or by phone at 1.740.420.6024. Should you require a complete change of “Ship To” information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. The ClipLink reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses (including hotel or motel guest) without prior payment in full by check or money order.

• Shipping

Shipping charges are determined by total order weight.  Rates published in the shopping cart reflect shipping costs within the contiguous 48 United States of America.  Please e-mail at sales @thecliplink.com or by phone at 1.740.420.6024 (USA only) or for rates on Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international.

Overnight delivery or special shipping arrangements can be made by contacting Customer Service at 1.740.420.6024 or via FAX 1.740.571.4219.

Shipping times do not always represent the time from when you order. Please allow extra time for packing and processing of items that ship ground service. Whenever possible, we will ship the day you order to accommodate shipping within the time frame requested. Regular ground service will average 3-10 working days for delivery. Please keep in mind that products may ship from various shipping points; and your order may arrive in multiple containers and arrive on different days.

How much will my shipping costs be?

We require that you include at least an estimated 15% of the merchandise total to cover USPS shipping costs, 25% for UPS, and 35% for DHL Rush delivery. This is only an estimation, and your actual freight may vary. Actual shipping charges are applied to your account after the order has been processed, pulled, packed and  shipped. All 3 ship methods have a 2-3 business-day processing time added to the shippers delivery-time estimate.

Note: We pull shipping information from the USPS and UPS server to give you accurate shipping cost.

When placing orders by credit card, your estimated freight will be charged at the time of the order. If the actual freight is more, your card will automatically be charged the difference upon shipment . This means you'll see two charges on your charge card for that order. If you are an established dealer in good standing with us, we will usually just apply the extra amount to your next order if it is less than $5. 

ADJUSTMENTS FOR SHIPPING CHARGES

For Payments Made On Credit Cards

An estimated freight charge is included on your bill. Since actual freight charges cannot be determined until shipment is made, an adjustment to your bill may be necessary. If your payment was made by Credit Card, a second charge may be made against your card to make up for the shipping cost deficiency. Once you are an established customer with us, we will usually just charge it to your next order if it less than $5. Any amounts you pay over the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your next order. See our shipping page

• Return Policy

The liability of The ClipLink for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). The ClipLink shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Prices subject to change.

Prices, specifications, and images are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typographical errors.
